The seller is HDIUK LTD (“the Seller”).
The subject of this sale is the registered internet domain name ReformEastleigh.com only.
No website, website files, content, software, email accounts, hosting package, social media account, logo, trade mark, business name or other asset is included unless expressly agreed in writing by the Seller.
The total purchase price is £500, inclusive of all applicable taxes charged by the Seller. No additional tax will be added by the Seller at checkout.
The Buyer remains responsible for any separate fees charged by the Buyer’s chosen registrar, payment provider or other third party.
Payment must be made in full using the checkout facility provided on this page. The Seller is not required to begin the transfer until cleared payment has been received.
The Buyer must provide accurate contact information and all registrar details reasonably required to complete the transfer. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining access to the email address and registrar account used for the transaction.
After payment, the Seller will contact the Buyer using the email address supplied during checkout and will provide reasonable guidance through the transfer process.
The transfer method may involve an authorisation code, account push, registrar approval, email confirmation, registry procedure or another method required by the relevant registrar or registry.
Transfer times depend on third-party registrars and registries and may vary. The Seller is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.
The Buyer may request cancellation only before the Seller has initiated the transfer process.
Once the Seller has submitted, authorised or otherwise initiated the transfer and the registrar or registry is processing it, the sale cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided.
The Buyer acknowledges that a registrar or registry transfer process may be irreversible once initiated.
If the Buyer fails to provide required information, accept a transfer request, confirm an email or complete registrar steps within a reasonable period, the Seller may pause the transfer until the Buyer cooperates.
No refund is due where delay or failure is caused by inaccurate information, missed deadlines, inaccessible accounts or a failure by the Buyer to complete required steps.
The sale is subject to any applicable registrar, registry, ICANN or naming-authority policies, including transfer locks, verification requirements, eligibility rules and dispute procedures.
The domain is sold on an “as is” basis. The Buyer is responsible for deciding whether the domain is suitable for the Buyer’s intended purpose.
The Seller does not warrant that the Buyer’s proposed use will be lawful, free from third-party objections or compatible with any trade mark, passing-off, electoral, advertising, political, regulatory or other legal requirements.
The sale transfers the Seller’s registrant interest in the domain name only. It does not transfer or grant ownership of any third-party intellectual property.
The Buyer is solely responsible for carrying out any searches and obtaining any legal advice considered necessary before using the domain.
Hosting, DNS configuration, email services, website development, maintenance and support may be available under a separate written agreement and are not included in the domain purchase price.
The sale is treated as completed when control of the domain has been transferred to the Buyer’s registrar account, when the Buyer has been supplied with effective control credentials, or when the registry records the Buyer or the Buyer’s nominee as registrant, as applicable.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, the Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, registrar outages, registry delays or losses arising from the Buyer’s use of the domain after completion.
The Seller’s total liability arising from the sale will not exceed the amount actually paid to the Seller for the domain.
These terms, together with any written confirmation issued by the Seller, form the entire agreement for the domain sale. Any additional service must be agreed separately in writing.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
By selecting “I agree” and proceeding to payment, the Buyer confirms that the Buyer has read, understood and accepted these Terms of Sale.
